The prices of the products are shown in the website and tax is included.
The shipping cost is not included in the original price. When consumers choose the product, they are obliged to cover the cost from the provided proposed methods. In case where the consumers makes the order by telephone and chooses to make a deposit, they are obliged to make the deposit within four calendar days.

Ways of payment:

1. We accept credit, debit and prepaid cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners, Discover) and digital wallet  Masterpass.

2. You can also choose to pay with PayPal. When selecting this option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to “Log In” and review the amount shown before clicking “Pay Now”.

Any additional fees due to transferring money from different banks is charged to the consumer. Kindly send us the bank transfer proof, in order to be informed earlier of your payment (It might need 2-3 days to see money transfer to our bank from another bank).

• Finally, you may choose to pay with cash on delivery. At time of delivery, you must have the order total indicated in the shipping confirmation email in cash.

The courier does not accept cheques.
For eventual refunds, you must indicate a bank account.

You may cancel the order within the same day that you have placed the order under the condition that the order has not been executed yet. If you wish to cancel the order you will have to contact Artemis Creations by either sending an email to Artemis Creations at the following address info@artemis-creations.gr. or calling at the number +306945337162 during working hours (Monday – Friday from 9 to 5). If the order has not been processed yet, no charges will apply for cancelling the order.

Artemis Creations reserves the right to cancel the order for reasons of force majeure or other reason that may occur in relation to the Buyer such as inability to pay the amount owed, false delivery address, or other reasons which refer to the internal operation of Artemis Creations such as withdrawal of specific products, product shortage.

The consumer, after the purchase, has the right of withdrawal from the Contract of Sale within 14 calendar days, since the day she/he received the product without the need to explain the reasons of the withdrawal according to the article Law 2251/1994. The consumer can make a simple statement or can fill in the form provided below (the form is available on the last page). To request for a refund, simply print and fill in the online return form existing at our website and indicate at the “Reasons for Return” field, that you wish a refund.

When the consumer exercise the right of withdraw, she/he is obliged to return the product within 14 calendar days and the company is obliged to refund her/him in full within 14 calendar days from the day the company was notified. The consumer is charged with a return fee. The consumer does not have the right of withdraw after 14 calendar days from the day of the Contract of Sale.

In case Artemis Creations does not receive the items, the amounts paid will not be refunded.

If the products ordered are customized, returns of such personalized products will not be accepted.

The products must not be damaged, altered, used, worn, washed and they must be returned in their original packaging along with all other documents, if any, accompanying such products. Damaged products shall not be accepted and no reimbursement shall be made.

The company accepts returns within reasonable time, only if the company’s workshop confirms that the products have not been worn or used in any way and are genuine.
When the consumer returns the product she/he can choose another product of the same or higher price while paying the difference.
 If the consumer does not wish to replace it at this time, then the company provides a credit sale which can be used in the future without a time limit in order to replace the product she/he bought.
Artemis Creations shall send you an e-mail confirming the acceptance of the returned products and will provide you a credit sale confirmation.
With international returns, it all depends on the return method chosen. We advise you to keep the tracking numbers for your returns in a safe place, in every case.

The company does not refund unless someone exercise the withdrawal right within the legal time limit.

If the recipient of the products indicated in the order form is different from the individual who made the payment for such products, the amount paid for returned items shall be refunded to the individual who made the payment.
Artemis Creations is not responsible for currency fluctuations that occur when issuing refunds to a credit or debit card denominated in a currency other than Euros.
Bank charges are not refundable.

In the event that your return does not comply with the terms and conditions you will not be entitled to any refund of the amount already paid to Artemis Creations; 

Artemis Creations products are handmade and created with great care. However, in the unlikely event that a product has a defect, Artemis Creations will repair or replace manufacturing faults free of charge up to 1 year from the original date of purchase.
In case you would like to request the repair or replacement of the jewelry bought, please return the piece of jewelry, along with the proof of purchase, for evaluation to the following address 13, Leoforos Kapodistriou, Filothei 152 37 Athens, Greece.
The warranty offered on Artemis Creations products does not affect your legal rights and is provided in addition to those rights. The warranty includes a free repair of the product for damage caused by normal use; it does not include, however, damages related to improper handling, force majeure or other factors. The warranty does not apply if the product is repaired by a non-authorized technician. The customer bears the cost of shipping the product to and from the place of repair.

• In case any of the provisions of this Terms of Use is found to be invalid, it shall not affect the validity of the other provisions that will remain in force. The Parties have agreed to all of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement.
  The content provided through the present Website cannot be considered as advice, encouragement, suggestion, instruction or guidance to the users to act or to omit. It is at the discretion of the users to act at their own will discharging Artemis Creations from being liable, as defined above.
• The present Terms and Conditions of Sale and their interpretation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece and the Courts of Athens are competent as regards any dispute arising out of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
