Domestic Shipping within Greece is carried out:

By MASS Courier for Attiki  at a flat rate of 3 € per order and free of charge for orders over 120 €.

By ACS for the rest cities of Greece, at a flat rate of 3 € per order and free of charge for orders over 120 €.

Estimated delivery time is 1-2 working days after dispatch date. For all other destinations outside Attica the estimated delivery period is 1-4 business days.

If you wish to pay by Cash On Delivery, there is an extra charge of 2,00 € on orders up to 120,00 €.
You can pay by Cash on Delivery for orders up to 499 €.

International shipping

International Shipping is carried out

• BY DHL Estimated delivery time is one (1) to five (5) working days after dispatch date with a cost of 35 € per order.
• Elta Courier for having a more late delivery date from 5 to 15 days with a cost of 12 € per order.

Cash On Delivery service is not available on international orders.

Delivery is free on orders over 300 €.

Artemis Creations exercises the utmost diligence in processing orders and will deliver your order by courier.

We will try our best to dispatch orders as quickly as possible and in the order in which they are placed. Notwithstanding any extraordinary circumstances and subject to product availability, if no specific timeframe is indicated in the confirmation we aim to deliver within 1 to 5 working days following confirmation of the order. However, delivery may take longer due to unexpected events. In the unlikely event the delivery time exceeds 30 days, you may cancel your order without being charged and you will be refunded.
Before you place your order, you will be informed of the expected delivery details (methods of delivery etc). Once you have placed your order, if you have supplied us with your email address, you will receive an email confirmation with your expected delivery details.

The consumer, after the purchase, has the right of withdrawal from the Contract of Sale within 14 calendar days, since the day she/he received the product without the need to explain the reasons of the withdrawal according to the article Law 2251/1994. The consumer can make a simple statement or can fill in the form provided below (the form is available on the last page). To request for a refund, simply print and fill in the online return form existing at our website and indicate at the “Reasons for Return” field, that you wish a refund.

When the consumer exercise the right of withdraw, she/he is obliged to return the product within 14 calendar days and the company is obliged to refund her/him in full within 14 calendar days from the day the company was notified. The consumer is charged with a return fee. The consumer does not have the right of withdraw after 14 calendar days from the day of the Contract of Sale.

In case Artemis Creations does not receive the items, the amounts paid will not be refunded.

If the products ordered are customized, returns of such personalized products will not be accepted.

The products must not be damaged, altered, used, worn, washed and they must be returned in their original packaging along with all other documents, if any, accompanying such products. Damaged products shall not be accepted and no reimbursement shall be made.

The company accepts returns within reasonable time, only if the company’s workshop confirms that the products have not been worn or used in any way and are genuine.
When the consumer returns the product she/he can choose another product of the same or higher price while paying the difference.
 If the consumer does not wish to replace it at this time, then the company provides a credit sale which can be used in the future without a time limit in order to replace the product she/he bought.
Artemis Creations shall send you an e-mail confirming the acceptance of the returned products and will provide you a credit sale confirmation.
With international returns, it all depends on the return method chosen. We advise you to keep the tracking numbers for your returns in a safe place, in every case.

The company does not refund unless someone exercise the withdrawal right within the legal time limit.

If the recipient of the products indicated in the order form is different from the individual who made the payment for such products, the amount paid for returned items shall be refunded to the individual who made the payment.
Artemis Creations is not responsible for currency fluctuations that occur when issuing refunds to a credit or debit card denominated in a currency other than Euros.
Bank charges are not refundable.

In the event that your return does not comply with the terms and conditions you will not be entitled to any refund of the amount already paid to Artemis Creations;
